Deliverables
The Brief
This collection brings together business cards developed for clients across creative services, automotive maintenance, industrial insulation, funeral services and mechanical engineering. Each business required a professional card that clearly communicated essential information while feeling consistent with its broader visual identity.
The challenge was to create designs that were practical, easy to read and ready for professional printing, while allowing every brand to maintain its own distinct personality.
The Approach
Each card was approached as a physical extension of the wider brand. Typography, spacing, colour, imagery and information hierarchy were refined to create a clear and memorable result across both sides of each card.
The collection includes:
TDJ Visionary — a minimal, editorial design using soft neutral tones, refined typography and generous spacing.
L&A Wheel Alignment — a bold automotive design built around the truck illustration, strong blue and orange brand colours and a practical appointment section on the reverse.
Environ Industries — a dark industrial design combining high contrast, bold yellow accents, service information and a clean professional contact layout.
Brisbane Cremation — a calm and elegant design using the floral brand mark, restrained typography and a compassionate magenta colour palette.
Total Piping & Mechanical — an industrial card featuring project imagery, accreditation badges, strong green brand accents and a QR code for quickly saving contact information.
All designs were presented using consistent standard business card proportions, preserving the original artwork and branding without stretching, cropping or changing card dimensions.
The Outcome
The completed collection demonstrates a flexible design approach across several contrasting industries. While every card has its own visual language, each design maintains strong readability, professional print preparation and a clear connection to its wider brand.
The result is a cohesive portfolio collection that shows how thoughtful layout, typography and brand application can transform a small printed item into a strong and memorable client touchpoint.
